My mind has been jumping around a lot, lately, between the swirling politics going on around us, and the earthly pleasure of trying to bend difficult materials to my will. This is a great example of someone using technology to do the latter (and some of the former) very effectively, and it makes me glad at many levels.
I wonder if we’ll find out that the twitter hack was an exploit based on stealing credentials using google voice services to capture SMS authentication codes. Probably not; that would be too serendipitous.
I don’t write much about trans issues, because of a combination of being ignorant, and not having any personal stake in the issue.

I’ve been a proponent of cop-cams for years. I would now like to officially reverse my position.
