I suspect that Big Media(tm) aren’t covering this story because they’re afraid of exactly that.
An official report from the United States Department of Justice indicates that socialite and alleged Jeffrey Epstein co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell has tested positive for novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in New Hampshire while awaiting extradition to New York.
“Once she was in custody and began to relax, officials noticed that she was displaying symptoms related to coronavirus including watery eyes, cough, and mucus. She stood to be tested regardless of symptoms while in custody, but her symptoms and the profile of this particular case caused local officials to speed up the testing practice,” a release from the US Department of Justice stated.
The US “criminal justice system” exists to punish and destroy, and once you’ve gotten caught up by it, it’s going to destroy you, indelibly mark your life, or drop you into a memory-hole and forget about you. My guess is that’s why Epstein killed himself: once it sunk in that his days of high living here over and all he had to look forward to was endless meetings with lawyers and endless shuffling down halls to meeting rooms and endless lawyers’ bills.
Whether Gislaine Maxwell is guilty or not (probably is, in my opinion) her life is going to be a wreck from now on. I don’t know what “deserving it” would mean, in this context, but what’s going to happen to her is certainly not going to deter anyone, or teach her anything. I see no value at all, in what society is about to do to her.
This is no benign neglect – the US prison system has become a chain of oubliettes. And Gislaine Maxwell has been thrown into them.
I wonder if Alan Dershowitz is praying that the virus does its work quickly. Prince Andrew is already packing his luggage.

The story itself doesn’t look “satirical”; the text itself has nothing that seems particularly exaggerated or facetious. But the sidebar has: “New mainstream evidence suggests that you, and not the Clintons, killed Jeffrey Epstein” and “After Dixie Chicks drop Dixie, up & comers The Nathaniel Bedford Forrest Girls tweet they have “soul-searching to do””, and so on.
