I grew up on a hog farm, and I certainly remember castration. It is not pleasant. So ….what’s the analogy? She’s gonna take the testes out of pork spending?
When we cut the piglets, we also docked tails and clipped out their teeth. If anything, teeth would have made for a much more apt analogy vis. legislation.
I certainly remember that the piglets, when we had done with them, would often wander their pens squeeling. It was not a thing to celebrate (although it wasn’t exactly treated as a particularly sacrosanct activity.
