There is a legend that each outgoing president writes a letter to the person succeeding him and on his last day in office leaves it in the desk in the Oval Office for the new president to read. The contents of the letters are not revealed but based on the pattern of history, I think I have figured out what it says.
It consists of a single sentence: “Bomb another country.”
Actually it’s three letters.
The first one is labeled ‘Open during your first crisis.’ Inside it says, ‘Blame the previous administration.’
The second one instructs that when facing a second crisis the blame should be placed on the other party.
The third one has written on the outside, ‘Open when experiencing multiple crises at the same time..’
This is the one that says, ‘Bomb another country.’
