The African fish eagle (Haliaeetus vocifer) is a close relative of the bald eagle (H. leucocephalus) and various other sea-eagle species. Some of them have white heads, while some others don’t (Sea eagle – Wikipedia).
No, the Mexicans have, it, too. One of their national birds is the Golden Eagle (prominently displayed on the flag…the other is the Caracara). Scotland’s is the Golden Eagle, too.
Germany’s national bird is the White-tailed Eagle.
Spain has the Spanish Imperial Eagle.
