On the topic of conservapedia – I went to the page which lists wikipedia’s supposed biases.
This one was number 6.
Wikipedia often uses foreign spelling of words, even though most English speaking users are American. Look up “Most Favored Nation” on Wikipedia and it automatically converts the spelling to the British spelling “Most Favoured Nation”, even there there are far more American than British users. Look up “Division of labor” on Wikipedia and it automatically converts to the British spelling.
Huh? Most english speaking people are american? Does anyone notice the obvious irony in this statement? lol
Ed Brayton is bellyaching about Conservapedia being “vadalized” or the equivalent of t.p.’d. by the mean insensitive atheist evolutionist liberals.

BTW, the biodiversity video is a good introduction to the topic. But I seriously doubt that it would get many fundamentally religious people to be interested in it. Afterall, it is ALL the will of god, even if all the animal species on the planet disappeared, there is always the god excuse.
I have decided that according to my subjective opinion, (which I am encouraged to believe is as valid as anyone elses and will subsequently also allow me to worship my left toenail as the reincarnation of Elvis Presley), that the new name for Conservapedia shall henceforth be –
‘The Conservative American Guide to Xenophobic Wingnuttery.’
*Ahem* To get back on topic, the reason it’s not a Basics is because once we allow video, I’m going to be lost amongst links and as I have to read/see them all, I’ll never get any work done…
