This is just breaking, so nobody really knows what’s going on, but:
A few years ago, several companies started producing luggage that had built-in power distribution systems and high capacity batteries. Never mind that I could just as easily put a tactical(tm) battery in my Maxpedition tactical(tm) shoulder bag, and have a rat’s nest of wires in it, the new bags were not acceptable.

It took less than 12 hours from the time that the FBI arrested Cesar Sayoc and information about his past inclinations was being dug up and presented. We knew about his arrest record, the threats he’d already made, and people he’d made uncomfortable were chiming in about how they thought he might be a problem someday.
It’s not going to take very long, I predict, before the FBI will have the guy who mailed fake bombs to CNN, Obama, Hillary Clinton, and left one at (or was it mailed?) George Soros’ house.
It’s unfashionable to make moral equivocations between 9/11 and what the US and its allies have done in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and Libya. It was a cruel and malicious act of terrorism, without a doubt, and triggered an amazingly violent – indiscriminately violent – response from the US. The US regime’s reaction to 9/11 was one of those “If A wrongs me, I am going to feel justified in wronging B and C in return.” Except, of course, ‘retaliation’ doesn’t apply when you’re claiming revenge on the wrong target. As the US did, knowingly and deliberately.

Imagine if North Korea decided to boost its economy by renting out nuclear deterrent, “Dictators: keep the US away with Credible Deterrent(tm) warheads! (first strike capability not included)” – with Iran, Nicaragua, and Taiwan being their first customers.
You can be sure as water’s wet – if someone doesn’t tell cops “don’t intrude on people” (You know, like the constitution tried to…) they’re going to explore the grey zones around the people’s rights.
