I spotted the mistake: if the disc was hit that hard, it would have kept spinning, not spun back. Unless it’s on some kind of giant invisible turtle’s back.

I think you mean “flipping”, rather than spinning.Or maybe “rolling”? The Earth is not an aircraft in motion [citation needed], of course,
I am not sure if it was a mistake. One of the many weird things that flat-earthers believe, or say that they believe, is that there is no “gravity”; things just fall “down”, where “down” is presumably “the direction underneath the Earth”. So for that simulation, there is a force pulling the plate of the Earth back to levelness… Maybe?

Or maybe “rolling”?
It could be “yawing,” if you tilt your head the right way.

Well … it’s a spaceship, which is really the same thing, except for the absence of air around it. It can be pancake-shaped because it doesn’t need wings.
I’m biased from the discworld – you know, a sensible flat earth – but the disc should be spinning around its axis and thus hardly tilt at all due to angular momentum. There is also the general lack of a fireball to cook the dinos prior to ejection. Even if the disc shifts, part of the impact (and atmospheric friction) is still going to release plenty of thermal energy. One thing I’m only guessing is that any catapult action fast enough to chuck a big dinosaur into space should also result in enough atmospheric friction and thus heat to both cook and “thermally ablate” the specimen on its way up. (Cue launch commentary that the apatosaurus has just passed through max Q and is throttling up. Limb separation coming up in 5 seconds)

No need for citation.
A ship (of whatever sort) is something built for transporting stuff.
The Earth was not built.
Therefore, the Earth is no sort of ship.

BTW, leaving aside the supposed physics of a disc (which is not how gravity works), the continents were kinda different to the depiction there.
So, anachronistic, too.

@John Morales:
There’s this thing that some people do when they’re adding a facetious reply to a facetious thread, where they continue being facetious and tongue-in-cheek and so on. One recent way of demonstrating facetiousness is to take an obviously true and uncontroversial statement, or an obvious opinion and add “[citation needed]” to it , just like an unsourced fact claim on a Wikipedia page. This arose, at least for me, from what-if.xkcd.com [citation needed] [1]

I hope everyone realizes the implication of this scientific discovery. Some day, as the disc moves through space, we will encounter the dinosaurs as they continue to orbit the giant, brightly-glowing sunflower that warms the earth. Then the dinosaurs will return and it will be Jurassic World for real!!!
BTW, I’m selling dinosaur-proof, underground shelters and dinosaur-protective hats, so you can survive both the long-term dino invasion and the initial landing of the dinos in our midst. Buy my dino-pro hats right away, one for each member of your family. You don’t want your loved ones being crushed when a T-rex lands on top of them, do you? My dino-pro hats are guaranteed protection from falling dinosaurs of any size!

After the dinos were ejected from the surface (the top one, obviously), it took some time, but eventually they fixed their issues with the reaction control system and got things back to normal.
