That’s a stupid dam. There’s no outflow. The whole point is to harness the awesome potential energy of the water stacked up behind it by releasing it in a controlled manner, but you can’t do that with no outflow. And if there were an outflow it would just wipe out that entire settlement beneath it. What kind of blithering idiots would design or build a dam like that?
Very good! But I don’t think he drew enough cracks in the dam.

is going to bewould be some overlap but it still sounds like the US has far too few missiles to be Taken Seriously (TM). You should build more a.s.a.p. I’m sure non-proliferation was never meant to apply to a situation where the USA is dangerously understocked with ready-to-go mass destruction.800?
