Keep that away from my dad. He’s got too much of an issue filling his head with things that are convenient for ignoring specific problems with himself and society. It’s interesting how many things he and my mom watch that involve dead troops. It like they fill their heads with the feeling of the dead so they don’t have to think about the living.

This happens to be the second day I read about the effects of an anger, fear, and frustration filled environment on infants as part of how attachment style develops. I haven’t found the literature on these feelings pointed at the infant yet.

I am a “dad” for adopted semi-feral cats. They want me to stay the hell out of their way, making my tasks simple.

When you don’t want to be cited, you may be ex cited.

(The disarming dad was responding with a hands-off response)

Let’s seem Right wing, Catholic, racist, anti-LGBTQ, gun nut. Whipped me as a child, emotionally abused me when I got “too big to hit,” and all in the name of “discipline.”Fat shamed me. Wrote me off as a failure when I was diagnosed as autistic. Filled my head with his religious and political bullshit, now openl says he hates me for my switch to leftism and atheism. Worst of all, he made me utterly dependent on him so I can’t escape him.

Nope. Pretty sure my father is the lowest of the low.

Don’t forget good old beloved Yahweh, who the faithful insist we call “father,” who supposedly felt it necessary to drown all of humanity save for one family of suck-ups.
