I’d like to see someone make a “plug replaceable” keyboard for the Pi400 that’s decent. Ideally, one with mechanical key switches. Monoprice made some that were almost the right size and at decent prices (around $35 to $40). If I had a contact there, I’d suggest it to them….
Other than that…yeah the Pi400 is a very clever design and wrings a lot out of the BCM2711 SoC, partly by giving it a really effective heatsink.
