The mildly deranged penguin says they (baby spiders) are a good addition to a veggie and tofu stir-fry. Toss them in early for a crunchy albeit slightly dry treat (soya sauce and wasabi are good condiments), or fairly late for a moister more localised spice. The hot oil in the wok keeps them from crawling out. Serve with saké (cold or warm) or a regional (Thai, Japanese, …) beer.
