Speaking only for myself, I’m fairly sure flashing scary faces at me is the least frightening thing a big spider could do. Which isn’t to say that I wouldn’t exit hastily.

Since Maratus volans are at most 5mm across and shy you will probably never see them or the 5000+ species in the Salticidae spider family unless you look for them.
Are they developing scary faces like the Samurai Crabs? Because I wouldn’t kill one of those. Be too busy running.

I am not a huge fan of spiders — in fact, I rather hate them — but these little guys are so ridiculously tiny and adorable! How can I hate that face?
