It’s the arse end of October, so here in the UK it’s a time where we normally have frequent rain and colder nights and Abrahamic deities pissing on our pagan end-of-harvest shitting-oursen-about-winter-famine traditions. But it’s not normal. It’s t-shirt weather. It’s only rained once a week for the past four weeks. The clocks have gone back but we haven’t.

However tomorrow is Hallowe’en, with all the variety of joy which that ancient festival brings.
