Happiness is a state of flow: An update and an interesting video
Hey folks, just popping in to say I’m just about done untangling a bit of a mental block on my next big blog post, and it should be up soon. In the meantime, here’s a good video on happiness
Oh neat, flow states as better goal than happiness have fascinated me ever since I saw ‘the oatmeal’ give explaining it a go ( https://theoatmeal.com/comics/unhappy ). I’d love to hear your experiences and viewpoint.
As for the vid, Unlearning Economics has the same video (they did two versions, one on each channel) with more depth about economic theory if you prefer that kind of thing.
