I went out for a drink stroll before the crushing crowds completely take over the neighborhood. It was pretty fucking amazing.
The sound of NYPD helicopters—ever-present over any sizable gathering, especially in lower Manhattan—are being drowned out by the DJs. :D

High Art
(Maybe I just think it’s high art because I’m high?)
OMG! It says IRIS HOUSE! Which turns out to be amazing!
Iris House saves lives through comprehensive support, prevention and education services for women, families, and under served populations affected by HIV/AIDS and other health disparities in a safe, family-centered environment by passionate, professional and culturally competent staff.
Iris House was named for early HIV Activist Iris De La Cruz (pictured left), whose passion for our cause was instrumental in establishing our programs.
To fulfill our mission, Iris House offers practical, family-centered services that promote prevention and education while addressing the day-to-day realities of living with HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Depression and other health disparities plaguing our communities.
I’m feeling the love today. I hope you are too. xo

Sometimes you make me think that visiting the United States would not be a bad thing.
Iris Vander Pluym says
Well, there’s the United States, most of which I do not recommend visiting…and then there’s NYC. Lard knows we have our problems here too, but it might as well be a different country. (See also: San Francisco, and New Orleans.)
Raucous Indignation says
I’m feeling you. I miss my home, NYC.
