In our new clinic there is a sign board like this.
The idea was proposed by my daughter and implemented by my wife. Not seen such a sign board in any premises around here. (I am talking about Kerala, in India.)

No. As per rules there all medical clinics should have a male and female washroom. We built a third one and made it inclusive.
The Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto, Canada’s largest annual fair had inclusive signs on their portable washrooms. They had a gender neutral image and said “We don’t care”.
