It’s been raining here since last night and it’s that perfect kind of light but steady rain that soaks into the ground and stays around for a bit. Jack and I decided we’d go walking in the woods, hoping the canopy would keep us dry. It did not.
Water can be so beautiful, in many ways. The picture reveals a few of them.

Such a great work you did there, voyager, that photo is simply stunning! I’ve tried photographing puddles many times, but I never got anything as beautiful as this.
That is a truly stellar capture, Voyager. You know I’m always photographing water, but I’ve only gotten about 3 shots over the years with such movement, and none of them were as beautiful as this one.

Perfect rain, and it is a magical picture. Movement, yes, but also stillness and peace. It’s a very soothing and refreshing photograph, it reminds me of a piano study I’ve been learning recently.

I guess Jack didn’t mind getting wet much.

Superb photo -- do you happen to know what the plant in the top right hand corner is by any chance?

Sorry, I don’t know what the plant is. Next time I’m out there I’ll see what I can figure out.
