So bright and beautiful. We haven’t had too many this year, don’t know why.
Apart from the shades of blue, look at the gripping toes and the “whiskers” at the base of the beak.
I love those whiskers! Often, in wintertime, ice is hanging off them.
I love your bluejays, but this one’s looking like it’s contemplating to eat you.
