Matt Easton and Tod Todeschini got together to make a really interesting video that also pertains to my current project in work.
The breadth of Tod’s skill and knowledge is incredible. When I grow up I want to be just like him.

I’ve made sword scabbards out of welded abs plastic (use pvc solvent) it’s great because it sands like wood and is basically indestructible -- also soft enough not to scratch a blade or dull an edge. I just wrap and glue leather around the ABS and say it’s “virgin finnish birchwood.”
