For a rare change, today Jack and I have not gone for a walk. The weather has been awful. All morning we had high winds and rain which then turned to freezing rain and now the temperature has dropped to minus 2 c and it’s snowing. It’s also still really windy, making it feel like minus 9 c. Poor Jack had to brave the weather to use the yard, but I haven’t left the house all day. I have a few health problems that are affected by weather and on a day like this the old body starts to feel like an old body. So today instead of our daily photo I’ll give you a classic shot. This is Jack at 3 months old.

I’m sorry you’re all still getting such wintery weather. Today was really nice here, 18ºC and sunny, really felt like spring. It wasn’t the first day of the season with such conditions, but all the others were week days that I had to be at work. Going by the forecast it seems warmer temperatures came to stay, but the rain will be back tomorrow.
He was so cute and the brown fur suits him well.
I hope the weather changes for the better there. Here, the spring is coming in a hurry after procrastinating for a long time.

Yesterday was warm and sunny enough for me to spend some time outdoors drawing. Today is freezing again. Bleh.

I keep telling the kids to enjoy summer while it lasts, because autumn is bound to set in with June, as per the last few years. Midsummer has tended to be colder than Midwinter.
I saw the pic and thought “Jack sure looks like a puppy in this one”.
Then I read that he still was.
