I wonder how interested the turkeys are about suet?
rqsays
I like the arrangement of feathers, like shingles on a roof, and more obvious than on other birds due to the squared off ends.
And now I’m wondering, too -- I don’t recall our chickens being particularly fond of animal-sourced foods (like suet), but I know all kinds of little wild birds like chickadees and woodpeckers can be quite carnivorous. Where do turkeys stand on the issue?
Ice Swimmer says
Multiple shades of brown in the plumage.
