That last photo. :D “Errrm, it’s 3.17, we had an appointment for 3…”

I’m trying to figure out the red concentric rings -- but I esp. love the last dandelion (the one off-centre) and the ripples on the puddle.

A great series of photos (I’m talking about all three).

The green leaf pointing up left makes the plant and the seeds with their woolly parachutes look like some furry animal with a green antenna.

The pink ear in the 7th photo is interesting. Do they get that colour when they’re ripe?

I’d guess the turkeys are in front of some public building? While the wild ones may be smaller than some insanely big domestic breeds, one can see that they are by no means small birds, standing next to the human-sized doors.

The reflected chain-link fence is a nice catch, the puddle does subtle tricks to the reflections.

I have no idea of what that is, but they are always pink, but much paler at the start.

That’s the school, or used to be before it was closed. It’s a massive building. I had to laugh, because they looked as if they were waiting for someone to open the door, but they were busy sheltering and trying to shake all the water out. The rain had been torrential just moments before. Wild turkeys are very large, and it’s a fool who tries to threaten one. Those wings have a big span, and they are very powerful.
