I love the way that when you put a bunch of humans together, their dogs form a dog-civilization of their own, with friendships and rivalries and exciting adventures and possibly the discovery of some trouble.
Glad you got back! That whole thing is simply **AMAZING** and yes that is making history! It’s so wonderful you can be there.
Beautiful dogs. When I camped with horses I always put bells on them, especially at night, and it made a huge difference in keeping the horses safe. I would think that would work with dogs too.

Yes, they are jingle dogs! Let’s us know what they’re up to, and identify them quickly, and as Kestrel says, it helps keep them safe. Not so much here, but when we’re out and about, and there are mountain lions -- warns them, keeps us all safe.
Just saw this -- incredible -- arrest warrant out for Amy Goodman (of Democracy Now) She was there covering the protest when the dogs were sicced on people. She was covering a story not doing anything illegal! Meanwhile so far as I know no arrest warrants are out for those malatkwii that sicced dogs on people! What the hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How the fuck can trespassing be an offence worth arrest a week later? You know, I live in a country where judges actually kind of value people’s freedom and where you need a fucking serious reason to deny somebody their freedom.
Arrest warrant on Amy Goodman but nothing for siccing the dogs on people. IANAL, but this doesn’t sound constitutional (freedom of press, life liberty and pursuit of happiness). I wonder who is the Bill of Rights for?

@The Oil Companies: if you don’t want people to report that you attacked peaceful protestors with dogs and pepper spray, don’t attack them. YOU (Oil Company) should be arrested for desecrating graveyards and churches. And what I say is, the sooner the better.
