Thew rat inside this puppet is a bit better disguised that most, with no obvious rat-shaped profile, nor bits of fur, tail, or whiskers poking out, but close examination of the left “leg” shows the control cable, and the “tail” is a rather obvious dipole antenna (presumably a backup).
Okay, I’m starting to get jealous of all the different types of birds that frequent your area.
We have a *lot* of different sparrows on property. I’m still learning to identify them all correctly.
