Pro Tip: To read at the beach, bring a book. You know, the kind that’s printed on paper (paper that’s usually white; at least the Kindle got that right) and can be read without a fancy-schmancy back light.
@bryanjohnson – I have been scolded by a librarian for reading a book at the beach! Sand gets between the pages and into the spine and damages things, apparently.
The first time I saw this, it didn’t sink into my brain. I usually ignore commercials. Then later when I went to the kitchen to get something to eat (evidently that Pringles commercial got through!), it hit me! I waited for two days before I saw it again and couldn’t believe it. Loved it!

I don’t care about the closet…but you will only catch me with a kindle dead and forced into my cold clammy hands…

It is a great ad: pity the only way they think they have an advantage over the iPad is that you can use the thing while getting skin cancer.
