Meh. Why does that “plasmid” look more like a vacuole? And the Pseudomonas chromosome is circular.

Reginald- I agree with the plasmid critique. However, a cross-sectional slice of of circular chromosome could appear to be linear.

I think this is pretty cool and an excellent use of a microscope. I remember telling a photographer friend that looking at parasites under a microscope is really cool and actually beautiful. He was intrigued but don’t know if he ever acted on that.
