Noah gives an excellent analysis of the controversy surrounding the things that Rogan has said on his podcast (which goes well beyond his repeated use of the N-word) and asks deeper questions about how we judge if someone is racist or not.
Well worth watching.

I thought Noah did well, but it’s really unfortunate that Americans are so stupid we have to keep having the conversation.
Shorter: if you’re using the word because it’s “edgy” or you like shock value, you’re an asshole. But if you’re using the word because, in your mind, there is actually something distinctive about “those people” then you’re a racist or classist or a more advanced form of asshole.
