Mister Singham, (I am humbled by your presence, grin) I hadn’t noticed it but, now that you mention it, she does look a bit like a young Audrey Hepburn. Good guess, but no.
Hint: the year is 1980 and she plays the part of a evil mastermind in a show that features a plastic box with delusions of grandeur.

The picture shows Supreme Commander Servalan as played by Jacqueline Pearce on the BBC1 TV show Blake’s Seven (1978-1981). In the show Servalan was power hungry, determined and willing to use any means necessary to gain her ends. Her manner was often deliciously cruel and ruthless while remaining graceful and poised. She was an early depiction of a female in a supreme commander role and wielding enormous power. She often favored a white ensemble.
Blake’s Seven was/is a low-budget SF production, and it never tried very hard to cover that up. The plots, story lines, and acting were a mixed bag. I always got the impression the actors enjoyed much of the work. As an entertainment Blake’s Seven was often campy but with many good episodes and performances. The show was quite influential in that it toyed with many innovative depictions of characters and situations like women in power (Something of a novelty in the 80s), flawed heroes, and interesting ideas depicted within a space opera setting.
Many major producers and writers were influenced by Blake’s Seven and oblique references to the show pop up frequently.
The bit with the puppets was pretty great. The debate, pretty low brow, but what can you expect with Trump?
