Mitt Romney sure has a way with words.
Starting with his visit to the UK, which reportedly caused the British prime minister to state that “Mitt Romney had that unique distinction of uniting all of England against him”, and then Israel, and Poland, he has shown un uncanny ability to demonstrate that the more one gets to know him, the less one likes him.
He has since managed to make all of Europe dislike him, gone out of his way to tick off Russian president Vladimir Putin by calling Russia the US’s number one foe, and called China a currency manipulator which led to that country’s official news service Xinhua to respond sardonically that “It is rather ironic that a considerable portion of this China-battering politician’s wealth was actually obtained by doing business with Chinese companies before he entered politics.”
This still leaves vast swathes of the world untouched by that Romney magic. Maybe he should undertake a trip to visit other significant populations such as the Latin Americans, Africans, non-Chinese Asians, and the Kardashians.
He could get the ball rolling by (say) telling Brazilians that he considers drinking coffee a sin and use his reported business acumen to give tips to Nigerians on how to improve the returns on their popular ‘Nigerian prince’ business model.

Actually, Putin thanked Romney for saying that, because it made it easier for Putin to get funding to help build up Russian missile defenses:

He has addressed the Latin-Americans: (paraphrasing) “I’d have a lot better chance of winning if I was Mexican! (white audience laughs)”
I also love how he tried to “clarify” his earlier dumbfuckery about Obama supporters depending on government — by saying that liberals who don’t pay taxes are upset because of the Republicans’ message of less taxes. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?! Guess this is just another subject they’ll have to tell the media not to talk about…

The mind boggles; what next?
I begin to love Mitt Romney. That man is a joke every single time he opens his mouth. Have you ever seen a politician hanging himself at his own rope so smoothly as Romney does?
That’s Freedom Rope, friend. And he’s just testing it out before hanging it from a tree in a totally-not-symbolic gesture to pander to his core constituency.

What a terrible thing to have lost one’s mind. Or not to have a mind at all. How true that is.
I was recently on a tour of Latin America, and the only regret I have was that I didn’t study Latin harder in school so I could converse with those people.
The future will be better tomorrow.
I believe we are on an irreversible trend toward more freedom and democracy -- but that could change.
For NASA, space is still a high priority.
