Ray Davis freed


The CIA station chief jailed in Pakistan for the murder of two people has been released after the victims’ families pardoned him (something apparently possible under Pakistani law) after receiving an undisclosed amount of ‘blood money’ as compensation.

    There’s also a report that the families of the victims have left Pakistan to resettle in Washington DC and New York.

    I wish we could learn more about why Davis had the numbers of several members of anti-Pakistani terrorist groups in his mobile phone…
