Yeah, I’ve been sortof-closely following Perseverance rover (since landing) and the Ingenuity helicopter — and other missions — but have to carefully mentally-filter search results. Lots of bizzaro claims from suspicious sites, seemingly all of which (the bizzzaro claims) make Custard (video) and Turn of the Tide (video) perhaps definitive, more-probably accurate, and certainly (in contrast) believable.
Never mind the panspermia. Rhawn Joseph thinks the Big Bang theory is a Catholic conspiracy.

The hematite spherules have been well known since Spirit and Opportunity landed in 2004. It amazes me that anyone would try to present them now as evidence of life.
The Mars rotini got a lot of hype, and it definitely would be interesting if they found more images like it, but I’m assuming it is either a visual artifact or the product of the drill used. It’s not very interesting unless they can repeat the find, which I was hoping for about a half year afterwards.
Spherical pebbles are interesting in themselves, but not evidence of life. There are many ways to get a sphere.
People have been projecting their ideas on to Mars since before Sciaparelli.

The stuff he finds interesting are obviously artefacts left by the liberal space crews that were setting up pedophile camps on Mars after the site under that Pizza restaurant got compromised.
In fact, Joseph may be a plant spreading desinformation to make people look in the wrong direction! I suspect his mind has been taken over by the telepathic evil Lemurians that control the world and rigged the election.
(The scary thing is that more than zero people of voting age might find this explanation perfectly reasonable.)

Indeed. How can everyone not know already that some places on Mars are covered with little round pebbles? It’s not something rare or something you have to squint at and pretend to see something. It’s a known feature of the planet since 2004 backed up by many photos with clear explanations.
I know I am repeating myself, but it continues to boggle my mind. I think it’s partly a failure to promote the success of the 2004 rovers. Yes, Mars was in the news, but the Iraq war was sucking up all the oxygen, which is understandable, as well as lingering 9/11 hysteria (less so).
Opportunity and Spirit were sending back these amazing pictures, and some of the most amazing ones were the ones with Mars “blueberries” (false color) identified as hematite. People in their early 20s could be excused for missing some of this, but it should have been taught to them later. I can’t think of an excuse for anyone else.
