Just thought I’d let you in on a couple of things. First, by using the code CYBERMONDAY305 you can get 30% off the price of my book, which is still the perfect cephalopodmas gift for both dear friends and bitter enemies:
It’s available in e-book and paperback, if you poke around a bit.
Also, the coolest logo, the Cuttlefish with Quill, is available on various swag, at my cafepress shop.
Hey, two stops and your seasonal shopping is pretty much done. (I don’t sell chocolate, so you’ll need to make at least one more trip.)
Now… I gotta run. Got a call at 6 AM, asking me to cover a colleague’s 8 AM class. Coffee.

Hey Cuttlefish, I think I wasnt being specially clear on Camels and Hammers when I asked you how you got(later corrected to are) so smart, followed by the question “Is there a book….?”.
What I meant was to ask you, half humorously, as a compliment, if there’s a secret book you read in order to become this witty. But turns out you thought I was being rude and asking you if you’re trying to plug your book, which wasnt my intention at all. And also turns out you have your own book coming out. Congratulations, btw; look forward to reading it. So just wanted to clear up what I meant.

Not rude at all, mazeRunner–it was me being dense. I didn’t understand the comment in context, and now it makes perfect sense!
