I love Cory Booker. I know he gets trashed, but he is unabashed in trying to do the right thing. That counts for something. i’m not so cynical to not believe there isn’t one good man left.
It’s also the birthday of the Japanese emperor, and thus a national holiday.
When he went to Washington, the streets of Newark became more poorly maintained almost instantly. I miss him.
