I also like what can be done with epoxy resin. I am in no hurry to jump on this bandwagon, but I do have it somewhere on the back of my mind.

A heat gun. Another thing I really want /need. I’m planning to do something similar with the second coffee table that I have.
Charly, beware, it becomes addictive fast and you end up with another couple of hundred bucks ‘ worth of material. Though at least you’ll already have the tools.
To be honest, “resinator” was the first thing that popped into my head, too, but Eric had already posted.
Husband has been thinking of getting into resin lately, specifically for furniture, and these videos are great. (I will report on our own progress, whenever anything happens; we are notorious for extended planning stages!)
Well, I got a heat gun.
I haven’t used it yet, but as we’re cleaning the cellar so there’ll be some workspace i thought that such an ocean design could be nice for the board I’m making to keep/display my jewellery.

Good luck, Furniture is tricky, as you saw in my small, small table. One day I’ll make one of those amazing wood and resin tables, but only once my kids no longer turn everything into a disaster area.
