Tree Tuesday

This week we have a trio of beautiful trees from Lofty who says: They are all much the same species of Eucalypt in a nearby region of dairy farms. The big solitary trees can’t reproduce easily as they are surrounded by large munchie beasts.

I think they’re each lovely all by themselves, but together Lofty’s clever titling makes them a humorous and thoughtful grouping.

Thanks, Lofty. Click for full size.

All are beautiful, but the last one is very clearly on its way to reincarnate as a thousand rolls of toilet paper.

My most favourite is the second one. What a beautiful tree.

    Nice titulatree for the treetographs.

Magnificient trees all. The last has a belly button,

Is that missletoe or something else taking over the tree in the last photo? It looks like the missletoe that infests old oak trees around here.

The last tree is still alive, they are its normal leaves. Fallen branches are destined to be chopped up and fed to the voracious maw of the farmer’s slow combustion stove. While it’s still standing it’s a fine perch for flocks of brightly plumaged dinosaurs.

As you scroll down the tree pictures, the amount of foliage slowly reduces.
Enjoying the titles very much, and they’re all beautiful, stately trees.

What beautiful trees! The last is my fave, I love being able to see the structure of the tree. I really like the first one too, Tree as Guardian of the Dead. And like Charly, I think that second tree is gorgeous!
