I’m sure you are familiar with walnut husks as a dye for textiles. A few years ago, My Beloved and Darling Wife was soaking 20-25 pounds of them in a bunch of 5-gallon buckets. Outdoors, of course, because of the smell.
You have not seen pissed until you have seen a sopping wet squirrel with an empty walnut husk in its mouth.
