I think the stars make the perspective/perception of depth in the painting stronger, it looks more three-dimensional.
Beautiful. I like how, when you look closely, it is like she is blowing stars out of her mouth into the sky. I also really love the colors in that middle section at the bottom, the greens. Gorgeous.

Such a beautiful painting. It has so much energy and colour, yet seems somehow peaceful. Wonderful work.
