I’ll agree with that sign. My neighborhood is diverse.

These are also popping up as lawn signs in eastern Massachusetts.

I would love to get one of these as a yard sign… I almost drove past it. But I kept thinking about it, and so we went back for a photo. If only our “leaders” would express such sentiments.
I need to welcome a new neighbor. By the flag outside of my next door neighbor’s house, they have a new baby girl. Welcome to the neighborhood very young woman!

Oh, thank you, blf!! I need to see if more of my neighbors would like one and put an order together. One way or the other though, I’m getting one of these for my own yard!

Quite a few of these in my neighbourhood in s. Ontario, Canada (although here, the text in the upper band is in French, bien sûr.).
I’m actually surprised that it is an international thing, I thought it was just in Canada.

NPR has the story of that sign, A Message Of Tolerance And Welcome, Spreading From Yard To Yard.
Caine says
Thanks for that, Blf! I have ordered a sign, which should freak out my whole town. :D
