Gaudeamus igitur, iuvenes dum sumus!
Post iucundam iuventutem,
post molestam senectutem
nos habebit fungus, nos habebit fungus.
( Let us rejoice, therefore,
While we are young.
After a pleasant youth
After a troubling old age
The fungus will have us. )

The spider that lives behind my display just crawled up from under the bottom(of the display), took a look at that, and said that was a lot like a broodmate, who never seemed to get the trick of controlling just where the silk went. An accidental self-wrapping in your own silk would not have been a problem.

“Noir” is right. I keep thinking I see it move. O.o
Also, saw a plant-eating fungus today that looked a lot like this (but less fuzzy, more slimy), out in the woods, and that was creepy, too. Stop it with the white fungus, everyone!

Let’s sing in Latin:
Gaudeamus igitur, iuvenes dum sumus!
Post iucundam iuventutem,
post molestam senectutem
nos habebit fungus, nos habebit fungus.
( Let us rejoice, therefore,
While we are young.
After a pleasant youth
After a troubling old age
The fungus will have us. )
