Even though much of the work here is wedding photography, it reads much more simply as love photography. Maybe Happy! Happy! Happy! photography, too. Whatever it some photographers have, Viet Duc Nguyen has it in abundance. The absolutely stunning locations get to feature as well, and it’s hard to imagine a more beautiful place for a wedding. Click on over and have a look, you won’t be disappointed. You will be busy for a while.

Unfortunately, whenever I see pictures like this now, I’m going to be thinking of stories like this:

There’s probably more than one story like that. If you’re going to get yourself into an extreme location, you probably need to be dressed appropriately.

Well, that’s, oh nevermind. If you take the time to look at the photos, you can see the same location in other photos, and it’s not nearly as dangerous as it looks, because it’s excellent photography, and framed to look extremely high.
I’m sure there’s more than one story like that, just like there are a ton of stories, most of which probably don’t merit the sensational news story treatment, of hikers and climbers, all properly dressed and kitted out, who die from falls, from breaking bones and not being able to descend, drowning, and so on.
I’ve done climbing both ways, dress-wise, and had a great time. Point being, clothes won’t necessarily save your ass. Also, it’s easy enough to climb to a spot in the proper sort of shoes and all that, then take them off to pose. Plenty of room for a rucksack behind them. I’ll also point out that the bride’s feet aren’t visible at all, so she may well have hiking boots on. If you look at the soles of the groom’s shoes, they are absolutely clean, not scuffed. Look brand new, never worn. It is possible to do these sort of things safely.

Oh gods, Dana Hunter needs to see the cliffside photo. That is one beautiful piece of geology

Feel free to share. :D Before you do though, go through the photos at the site -- that formation shows up more than once!

Wow.
Some of the couples photos almost make me look away for the feeling of trespassing on a very intimate moment.

I know. Some of those photos, you could imagine the couples when they are very old, sharing that moment with young family members.
