Sometimes one daisy is all it takes.
The Grevillea flowers are beautiful. And then you have one that looks like an insect about to charge at something like a ram or a bull.
A mystery conifer (dreamy picture). Is it a yew, juniper or podocarp?
The mildly deranged penguin says the last one looks like a blued cheese vine, but until it migrates, it’s hard to tell which one. She doesn’t recognize the other two cheese at all, so they must be disguised peas. Unless, that is, someone is stuffing rats into wannabe-Triffid puppets.
Love the grevillea, how the colour stands out against the background (the daisy too, for what it’s worth!). What are the berries?
My wife thinks the berried thing is a Leucadendron, one of a number she bought at the local garden shop. Similar tothis one, but without the red.
