Governor Bob McDonnell has said that he will sign the bill.
That would be Bob McDonnell, top contender for Vice President on the GOP ticket, seemingly hell bent on protecting the progeny of rapists from sea to shining sea. How else will the prisons of tomorrow be populated and profitable? Also too, Freedom!
It would be so much simpler if the police were to carry this equipment on them at all times so these scans could be administered on the spot at the discretion of the officer.

The bill should be amended. Any man receiving dental care should be required to submit to a prostate exam.
Having had a few trans-vaginal ultrasounds, I can say that they are not pleasant. And if the technician can’t find what xe is looking for, xe has to push hard inside the uterus to find it. It’s unpleasant and it can be painful.
But, we all know bitches ain’t shit and that some cells which can’t feel pain are more important than a woman, who can feel pain/discomfort.
I wrote to Troglodyte Bob about this heinous enforcement. It’s absolutely nothing short of state-mandated rape via medical proxy. What happens when a rape victim wants an abortion?

It’s slut-shaming, it’s medically unecessary, and I am going to hope that a panel of OB-GYNs basically say “no fucking way” and protest this bill – if not outright sue to get it overturned. This has to be the most evil bill I’ve seen passed in years.
