Given the news of harrassment in the media, this game was probably not as thoughtfully named as it could have been. It deserves to be winning more attention than it has, and I suspect the name may have something to do with it.
I’m going to assume that many (if not most) of you are familiar with Iain Bank’s The Culture, and the naming system of Culture ships.
This is just a bit more clowning around in Witcher 3.
Over at Affinity, Caine posted a bit about Witcher 3 [aff] which is, in case you haven’t heard, a really good game. (It has some issues, like that the main character is a graying cis white dude)
Recently I wrote a piece about The AI That Will Kill Us All [stderr] and hypothesized one thing (which my entire argument hung upon) that looks pretty wrong. I hereby officially declare “I am back to the drawing board.”
