And I did note the professor-type enthusiasm for education, but that’s a given. — Regarding tea tannins… milk binds to them. But then, that would be a waste for green teas, and totally changes the experience. Also, good on ya for using a kettle to boil the water. I’m led to believe that’s uncommon where you live.
