I am gonna have to take about a week off work for surgery soonish, without pay. Since I live pretty close to the wire, it would be a lot more comfortable if I could raise about $500 somehow. What would work for this purpose? I’d rather not have to do additional outside work, like say, $500 worth of art commissions. Maybe something arty, I dunno. What would make you shower me with fliff like a stripper?

since i’ve been posting about AI art making one’s art productivity go farther, it should bear mentioning that is a skill i have not perfected. the good AIs cost money and even then the results often need careful work in photoshop to make them pass inspection, as it were. it just makes it hard to estimate how long it would take to do any given project of that type.

I have no ideas about what kind of fundraiser you could do, but I’m willing to chip in to the kitty. Where can I do that?

Sorry to hear about this, and for not seeing it until just now. Life has been a bit hectic recently, but I’m sure I can find something down the back of the sofa.
If you’re still looking for ideas – maybe also “I will flesh out one my hooks (of your choice) into a short story?”. I don’t know how much work that would be (you make creativity seem effortless, but I suspect it is rather less so in practice!), but perhaps might be a possibility?
Also, not sure if it possible, but when you have something up and running maybe some of the other FTbloggers can point a link to increase visibility?
