Dan Cardamon looks back on The Great War and rallies the troops. He exaggerates the time a little – it’s two years, not three – but it feels like twenty, so hyperbole makes sense.
A Pinkie Pie in the background? Holy shit! I wonder if this is one of the psychos that I crossed swords with 1-2 years ago before I became a moderator at a MLP:FIM imageboard! I pissed off so many people with my support of feminism. Ahhh good times. I wish I could be as textually abusive to those asshats as I used to be but now that I moderate I have to take the delicate sensibilities of these “holders of the sacred Y” into account. It’s a place where both sides can at least communicate, somewhat.
Thank you Ophelia! I now salute Dan. He got me good…

It’s hard to believe that it’s only been two years. Rewatching RW’s original video, I’m again surprised how what a ho-hum moment her aside about the elevator guy really was. Just a “oh, yeah, I see her point” nod of the head and then back to the main focus of the video. And yet here we are, two years along, and there are entire camps of people whose outrage at that is the fuel that drives their life forces.

Also, too: “Obergruppenführer Rebecca Watson” almost made me spit out my coffee laughing

Oh christ, it gets funnier every time I watch it…he’s fighting the “vulvascists”…

Why wasn’t ‘Dear Muslima’ included in the recording of the battle?

I love the pony in the background…
Hamilton Jacobi says
I think the inclusion of a glaring factual error must have been deliberate. Dan’s memory is just as accurate as his ethical compass.

What what what?!?!?!

To be fair psycho is hyperbole of my own. I should be better than that. I feel he is greatly misguided to say the least.

Oh, so that’s what satire actually looks like…
Brony says
I suspect I was fooled. If this is a person doing satire videos please let me know so I can be embarrassed and salute.
Ophelia Benson says
Brony – oh yes, it’s satire. But no need to be embarrassed – he’s exactly like the real thing.

“Brave Heroes”, heh. Nice touch.
Where do I apply to become a vulvacist? Do I have to wear a black rag or summat?
