Lighting or perhaps heavy ice storm?
It is starting to look cold though Jack may like it. -18 when I left home this morning.

It’s 4C here which is what I’d call normal for this time of year, there was frost this morning.
I love the way the snow/frost has stayed on the split trunk.
It might just have been heavy snow.

It seems the weather isn’t on board with Brexit. It’s been about the same here.

Perhaps the weather is simply trying to undo Brexit by erasing all borders with, eventually, a lot of snow.
We’re slightly above seasonal, here, with wisps of snow appearing fleetingly. Ronja certainly seems very satisfied with the cooler temperatures; as expected, the cats disagree.

Dominic Raab, he of “I didn’t realise how important Dover was” is now expressing surprise that the deal we have got isn’t as good as what we had when we were members. I swear these people think we are going to go back to the level of power and influence the UK had in Victoria’s time, and have missed out on everything that’s happened in the world since then. As most of them are Oxbridge graduates I suppose it’s quite possible that they didn’t study any 20th Century politics in their PPE degrees.
