Oh, they all adored that silly Kleenex box, they wore it out, and still made noises of distress if I tried to take it away. It had to pretty much disintegrate before they allowed removal.

Well, they obviously had dreams of Saving the Universe! They do seriously look very excited to be in there. Like little kids that just built the neatest ever fort in the backyard.
They were very young then, and yes, that’s very much the attitude, the neatest fort ever! There used to be some spectacular fights over who was getting in the box and who wasn’t. :D
They look very pleased and proud of their superhero box. And well they should be!
