I discovered that rats or mice like a good oak log soaked in linseed oil. They’re eating the bark. And I really don’t mind. They’re welcome to it.
Yes, they are fond of all manner of oils. Their teeth are always in need of being trimmed down, so gnawing is important.
Had Agnes, by any slight chance, been at the white paint earlier that day?
Her white cuffs do make her look so smart.
No, that’s just the flash, the lighting in my studio leaves a great deal to be desired. White isn’t their first choice when it comes to paint, that would be black. :D
